ESM process. Key steps and strategy.
1. Extract - We collect as many key features as possible from the legacy applications and carefully extract key semantic assets that describe the legacy applications. Using a well-tested processes and tools and procedures, the applications will effectively be re-documented, as they exist today, thoroughly, accurately and efficiently.

2. Streamline - We use the information collected to create and construct a vision of the modernized applications that will be created for the client. To accomplish this we use a series of simulations. We make extensive use of Transaction Level Modeling tools to construct and make detailed functional design of the applications.

3. Model Driven Development - A comprehensive design document is used as a basis for architecting and creating a new application. Standards are followed and code generation process has a high level of automation from a carefully crafted blueprint.
